So when you do these, try stringing them along long enough to find out what remote software they’re using. If they want you to go to “Fastsupport.com”, play along until you get the support key. Then report it here: GoToAssist Remote Support
If they get enough complaints, they should ban the GoToAssist account... and last time I checked, they weren't cheap.
