Good question: definitely sounded whitebread on the phone. Is this still a legit scammer?

Today, they were answering “hello” without any company name but claimed to be Halsted Financial Services. They seemed to use whatever name appeared on caller id using BobRTC and asked if I received a settlement offer on a debt collection.

The British lady is from a soundboard. I even switched soundboards mid-call.

I don't know if this is a legit company or not, but this number doesn't seem to be Microsoft scammers, but these folks might be a different type of scam.
