Scammer: "Are you in front of your computer?"
ME: "Yes, I am in my browser, what URL you want me to go to?"
Scammer: "Sir, please be in front of your computer and I will tell you each and every thing".
ME: "Yes, I'm there, what URL you want me to go to... you do know what a URL is, right?"
Scammer: "Sir, you need to be in front of your computer"
ME: "I'm there buddy - what is the URL you want me to go to?"
Scammer: Sir... are you in front of your computer?"
ME: "OMG - are you brain dead... what URL do you want me to go to so I can get my refund?"

One guy said they were the Windows refund department. Another said Geek Squad at Best Buy. One said they provided service to ALL of the universities after I told him I bought the computer from the University of Ontario. Then he said he worked for the Canadian university system. LOL - they will say anything if they think it makes it more believable!

Another number from the same call center! I wasted this guy's entire evening. He wasting two hours talking to Ethel Mertz and trying to get her credit card information. What a shame! This guy is also very foul mouthed! His name is Mike Johnson, have fun with him :)
