Yeah, Microsoft software renewal scam- Spoke with a guy named Daniel. The phone call quality was so bad I could only make out every 3rd word so I kept him on the phone for about 15 minutes while I used the restroom, ate some chips, and said “what” about 200 times. These guys are pretty thirsty - so you can have a lot of fun with them.
