Microsoft Imposteers
I told him I was calling from Amazon, confused him a wee bit. I then asked him for his Microsoft internal phone number, he just hung up on me. Give these guys hell folks.
They have turned very nasty all ready. Refused to talk to my dog. 
I think they left the phone on.
Anybody else getting them to answer ? My line rings out now.
