@CatSatan#97679 Confirmed a scam. I called them and they straight wanted me to sign up and pay 36$ min upfront, after which the 'technician' would connect remotely to my pc to fix it. 179$ per year. @drwat need more info on them. They do sound Indian tho but with some difficult-to-catch-accent.
When I asked her why she’s scamming, she said it ain’t a scam and that if you check the website there’s legit customers who took the services and are happy with it. She then said how people who have ‘no knowledge’ about them or computers ‘like me’ say it’s a scam. I burst out laughing. I just told her I have more knowledge than all the people in her entire scam center and asked her if it’s right to charge 20$ for some shitty software that cleans nothing but temp files which one can easily clean. Pissed her pants and cuts the line. I think this company should be on our radar. Also said how the call center is based in Phillippines.

@CatSatan#97681 Yes their accent is that of West Bengal. Their mother tongue is Bengali and even if they speak Hindi,you can tell they are Bengali.
