Stupid Refund Scammers.
Are these refund scams easy to cold call? If you call and just say you are returning their call do they do some verification or do they launch into their pitch right away?

@ScambaitLaboratory#116246 I can’t say for certain in regard to this phone number, but every other refund scammer I have cold called went ahead with their script any way. In-fact, at least 3 or more that I’ve encountered even said “We are calling you because you didn’t use the service you payed for etc. etc.” even though I was the one who called them.

Typically they do not verify. They have hundreds of calls in the stream waiting. If you do not open the browser, they drop you and pick the next call in the waiting.
