It seems they are indeed now running a refund scam.

The last call i got through I could not resist asking him:

My name is barry allen,
i spoke to an associate of yours mister steve rogers
But if he is unavailable could you connect me to mister banner
Bruce banner

Weirdly they hung up

(And yes ik know steven rogers would be funnier)

We DO warn the target and our average engagement time can be measured in minutes. If they are unwise enough to engage with us in any way we escalate and destroy. As our emblem states:
