I called them two times using FireRTC. They answer with “Cancellation and refund department, how may I help you”.
This number is also related to (223) 203-7716. I called this number with FireRTC and scambaited them. They asked me if I remember paying for services. Then they asked how much did I pay. I told them $299. Then they wanted me to get remote access to my computer. A typical Refund scam.
