I am on a new-ish (3 yrs old) Galaxy Note 10 phone, and i want to record my scambait calls. I tried using Cube ACR app, but it doesnt work, it only records my voice and the ringing, it doesnt capture the other persons voice. I did try to mess with some settings but no luck
What app should I use? Anything that works for Android?

Google nerfed the ability to record calls with updates to Android 9 and 10 - (https://www.pcmag.com/how-to/record-calls-on-your-android-phone) so you won’t have much luck with any app available on Google Play.
You can try to find an unofficial app you can sideload, or if you are lucky you can install Google’s dialer app and if Samsung AND your carrier have enabled recording there will be an option in the settings menu to record calls.
What I do is I use my old phone (LG G7 - about the same generation as the Note 10) with Zoiper Premium to record calls.
