James Peterson from the United Postal Service called me about a package to be delivered my place of residence from the Readers Digest Department. I won because I filled out the coupons on the magazine.
Edit: This guy went on to mention he was also from the UPS and the Publishers Clearing Company on top of some other stuff. My guy is going to starve if this is the best he can do.

Prize Delivery Is in my area and has a Cashers check and car for me
In order to receive the delivery I need to go to the target and buy Money Pak cards and read him the numbers off them to pay tax
