I got a call about case id DNC029546 from officer Gretal Jenson badge id FD98025 warrant number 81304RK and that I had to use a ADR system to resolve my issue and a government authorized automated digital card machine, They said they found a car that had drugs in it on 1245 east 16 ave Toronto “richmond hill” near the toronto airport under my good name. I would have to resolve this speaking with another rcmp officer who called me at this time during the call with a spoofed rcmp number and claimed he was a rcmp officer. He said I would need to choose either the ADR system or the government digital card machine to correct these crimes under my name. The first number displayed as V72414164100017 and went to border services canada 1800 number and the fake rcmp officer called me during the call from the toronto airport rcmp detachment. The call was made at 2:16pm EST and the other officer called me at 2:41PM EST this was on 2020-07-24.
They made a monetary request for compensation so my accounts wouldn't become locked using ADR or government digital card machine or bitcoins. I Called the rcmp about it and they told me that impersonating the RCMP for obtaining monetary funds through extortion isnt a crime so they woulnt look into it because its a scam and not illegal. They said only if I give them money did they commit a crime against me.
I told them thats not accurate as the definition of extortion is "Extortion is sometimes called the "protection racket" since the racketeers often phrase their demands as payment for "protection" from (real or hypothetical) threats from unspecified other parties; though often, and almost always, such "protection" is simply abstinence of harm from the same party, and such is implied in the "protection" offer. Extortion is commonly practiced by organized crime. In some jurisdictions, actually obtaining the benefit is not required to commit the offense, and making a threat of violence which refers to a requirement of a payment of money or property to halt future violence is sufficient to commit the offense"
