These scammers made several fraudulent cold calls to my cell phone earlier today regarding a “$50,000 preapproval for the alternative debt hardship program” that went into effect this past May. The people I called revealed the identity of their company as “Defend My Debt,” which is a business identity used by Rawls Law Office, PLLC from 2404 S Broadway St, Moore, OK, United States, 73160.
After going through their “requirements” mumbojumbo, the agents, who falsely claim to operate out of California, will request your full SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER for a “soft credit pull.” The scammers also appeared to have operated as “carfraud.net”
