On May 8, 2026, the legendary @JimBrowning11 uploaded a video to his YouTube channel exposing Rapidite Solutions, a group of utility scammers operating out of Lahore, Pakistan near the Galaxy Shopping Center.
How their scam works is
- The scammers will pose as American and British utility providers to falsely claim their victims can get half off their existing bills.

- Calls are handled through platforms like ViciDial

- The phone numbers they call were generated from a sequential list and put through a WhatsApp filter to check for validity before going through their automated dialer system.
- The scammers will gain access to their victims’ accounts through generated OTPs and then falsely claim their victim’s SIM card needed to be replaced by purchasing a brand new smartphone.
- When the new smartphone arrives at their front doorstep, the victims will be asked to hand it back to a designated courier, or mule.
Alternatively,
- The scammers will generate fake “suppoat” websites and advertise them on Google.
- When the victims call and discuss their issue, the scammers will try to gain access to their victims’ accounts through the generation of OTPs and disabling of 2FA.
- The scammers will then have a conversation with a legitimate Xfinity support agent to resolve the victims’ issue, then ask the victim to pay their bill.
- While the victims’ actual bill was being paid off using a prior victims’ card information, the scammers will additionally charge their victims through a payment vendor like Infinity Tech, LLC, which is operated by Tamoor A. Malik from a single-family residence in Orlando, Florida.
