Rapid Redial and auto dtfm

I may sound like a dumbass for saying this but for me there is no Rapid Redial and auto dtfm on bob RTC

Yes, there is, “Assistance Dialing” is Rapid Redial which you can activate by clicking the lightling button after you’ve hang up, or by clicking ## when you’ve connected. Auto DTMF, I’m not sure.
