Quiet call center, excellent audio - although it did sound like Mr. Frank Miller had the microphone about half way down his throat at times. Didn’t play with him much, just wanted to verify the number. When I told him that the SSA couldn’t suspend my number, he said “Of course we can, we are Government and we can do anything we like!”. Wow… arrogant bitch ain’t he? Argued with him a bit more, then he asked 'What do you want me to do?". I would venture to say that was the wrong thing to ask, and I’m sure he did not get the response he was expecting <evil grin>
