The scammer attempted to call my cell phone, which is on the do-not-call registry, to sign me up into receiving quotes for home, auto and health insurance. During my call with him and a separate call with the Lennybot, I have found that “Joe” was likely a soundboard of prerecorded messages.

I did ask “Joe” for a website, and he said that it was greatinsuranceoffers.com and yourinsuranceoffers.com, which redirect me to clickfunnels.com (a legitimate business) and healthinsurancepronow.com respectively. The website healthinsuancepronow.com is a GoDaddy domain registered by Myers Burton from QuickSteps Web Solutions, a fraudulent e-commerce organization that falsely claims to operate from:

A Westside Shipping in Colorado Springs, Colorado
A UPS Store in Boulder, Colorado
A UPS Store in Columbia, Missouri.

The company in this case is operating under the business identity of “Health Insurence Pro” and work with a series of unspecified marketing partners and data brokers. Users are able to request opt-outs on ccpacentral.net
