Additional information about this scam: I got a cold call from Ada from the Intuit Quickbooks Support. She refused to verify her favorite color.
Update: I also spoke with Jay J-A-Y whose favorite color is black. He is conferencing with his colleague Sharon. I called Jay back and he sang the Intuit Song for me, successfully verifying his Intiut Status.
