Additional information about this scam: Cold call, “Steve” left a message about the renewal of Quickbooks and to call him back because the card used to renew the product was expired. He fished for a while about my account but I wasn’t sure how to approach it so he finally hung up.
Sorry I can’t upload the audio of Steve’s message right now. I called the real QB and they verified the number is not them and that the number (877) 792-3501 is NOT QB’s billing department, they are scammers.

The dumbass left a message with a different TF: (877) 288-8170 for “payments”.
Answering with a sleepy “hello”, not very professional. If anyone knows how the scam is, pls let me know 
I am unsure on how to bait. They ask what version I use, the name of my business and other questions, so I was clueless.
