Additional information about this scam: Caller ID says Naugatuck CT. but the area code for Naugatuck is 203. Left a voice mail on my phone telling me that if I owed 10 k or more on my credit cards to give them a call back. But I had to hurry because the offer would expire soon. I had a nice, polite little conversation with him until I asked where he got my information from. He gave me the usual ‘must have filled out a form & submitted it online’ routine. That’s when I went off on him. Called back Immediately & my number was blocked so have fun with this guy. He sounded like some snot nosed teenager who was trying to scrounge up funds for the newest Xbox/ PS 5 releases & was too lazy to work for it.
I get an automated message saying there’s no one available at this time
Wonder if I scared him away for good. I’m gonna try after the holidays to see if he picks up again.
Just got a call today on Jan.15th 2024 from these clowns again at 12:32 pm about my credit card debt that I don’t have. Message said that you need to owe 7k or more on credit cards. Their callback # that they left in their message was 949 991 2101 & the # they called from was 702 829 7955.
I called the 949 number & got connected to Artie at “client services” but I didn’t say anything at this time. The 702 number gives you a prerecorded message from what sounds like the lady in the initial call only now stating that you need 20k in assistance
to receive help in paying bills or some such nonsense. (message was very soft spoken & hard to make out on the return call) But when it went to connect me it said “This number is out of my calling area.”
So it appears that this company is running some sort of debt relief or loan scam & just calling a bunch of ppl at random or conversing with scammers to get ppls information. Not sure if this company is real or not but I couldn’t find anyone by that name online. Plus given their methods on how they contact you with illegal robocalls & obtain your information, I could care less at this point. Just giving you all a heads up that these ppl are still at it.
