I am just wondering if there will be a point were i will not need a moderator to allow my post or will it just be a forever thing

Established members who post frequently will be automatically promoted trust levels, which eventually allows you to post without needing approval. This can be skipped for some users who are already known to be legit.
You will receive one of these automated messages from me. You can reply to these messages if you need something.
When we see active users who post good content we either give them the verified or trusted group role.
