Python Leads Pvt. Ltd., Pakistani TCPA violators DBA "American Benefits"

After having received countless unsolicited robocalls on my 27th birthday,. despite my number being on the do-not-call registry, I have opted to file a complaint to the United States Federal Communications Commission (FCC) against the company in question, which during my writing to the FCC was revealed to me as Python Leads Private Limited from Plot No, 367 Street 5, I-9/3 I 9/3 I-9, Islamabad, 44000, Pakistan. The company also operates as Python Leads, LLC from Florida, though their mailing address was the same as the residential address of their registered agent, who is also listed as their CEO on SunBiz.

I have initially dealt with these clowns back on July 9, 2024, when they were making unwanted spoofed calls to my PBX line on behalf of the American Amicable group of companies. The following month, they’ve called me on behalf of the Gerber Life Insurance Company and both companies were respectively sued for TCPA violations.

I was able to identify Python as the call center in question after they were sued in the Bergen County District Court by Richard M. Zelma from Norwood, New Jersey. The lawsuit confirms the scammers operate under various fake names like “American Benefits” or “Senior Benefits” and solly made calls by spoofing local numbers that were technically not in service.

Python has also been sued by one of their American brokers, Final Expense Direct for failing to indemnify their blatant TCPA violations, which in turn further violates the Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA). The case is still ongoing, though recent documents reveal one of the company’s managers as Ali Raza, a resident of Pakistan.

These scammers have fucking called me on at least 3 separate occasions today, so I will be writing detailed reports to the FCC, FBI and NY State Attorney General. I’m fucking fed up with this bullshit.

Surreal! I too am harassed by Medicare Paki lead generators nearly daily. Since you were able to trace these imbeciles to their registered agent in FL (LEVINE, JACQUELYN L 7733 RED CEDAR LANE SARASOTA, FL 34241), have you considered suing them in civil court? I know several great class action TCPA attorneys who work on a contingency fee basis. They won’t charge you anything, unless you win in court or get awarded a settlement. The only way to hold these scumbags accountable is by making it increasingly unprofitable and difficult for them to robocall the public.

I cannot really sue because I fear that a settlement would impact my existing disability benefits

OK, I understand. Is there a way that you have a family member or know other people who can become lead plaintiffs to sue these assholes? I’d love to stick it to them!

In that instance, you won’t get much in settlement money, but you can provide your strong evidence to support this case!
