Publisher's Clearinghouse scammer won't give me $2.2 mill after asking him basic questions

Additional information about this scam: says his name is David Richmond.

I asked how I was entered into the contest - too far off script, avoided question
I asked how much I needed to pay to get my check - too far off script, said “you don’t need to pay anything”
2 more minutes of painfully slow english “We just need you to pay…”
“You said I don’t need to pay anything, I asked you that”
“You think this is game? F&$% you buddy” click

I let my friends all have turns calling him for a minute - goes straight to voice mail currently “David Richmond” - slow, deliberate speaker.

He answered for me. He is not too bright. I had to repeat everything three times.

Sounds about right. That’s how they always act when confronted.
