@JusticeinTexas#135472 I got through… first try. Sounded like I woke the guy up. He mumbled some unrecognizable stuff that MAY have been “publishers clearing house”, but I sure couldn’t tell. Had him verify it was, and that I had received a message about being a winner “That can’t possibly be true” Mrs. Snyder asked (nice little 70 year old widower). “Why yes maam, it is true - congratulations!”. Wow… 2+ million dollars AND a Mercedes! How lucky. Unfortunately, his phone was acting up - probably as a result of being hit by lots of scambaiters - so he wanted to call me back ‘on a better line’. I don’t have a call back number, so I told him that I had to leave to a doctors appointment. He wanted me to call the doctor and cancel the appointment because “this is so much more important”! Gave him a long song and dance about how long I’ve been waiting, and he wound up telling me to call back when I am back home from the doctor.
This guy doesn't sound too bright and is probably an easy target to really mess with. I'll try calling him back later on, but until then, have fun with him!
