I just called this number and had him answer
I think he might be stoned and pissed out of his mind because he couldn’t speak before fumbling to put the phone down 
A detailed prize agent. LOL
There’s a few threads with this number in it and has been robocalling consistently since early November last year
The last batch of robocalls was just a couple of hours ago
It has 2 numbers associated with it but both still go to voicemail
