This number has been active since November 9, 2022. They want you name, address, and service number, I made one up. Then they want you to go to your bank and use Zelle to transfer money to them.

Awful scam!
I made up an address, a name and mode of payment (cash at Walmart) and they immediately threatened with disconnection. I told them I pay my bill at Walmart and that I do not have my account number with me. The guy sounds Dominican and gave me a Zelle too (reported).

Two zelle numbers that “Mike” gave me - first name "billing* last name "dept " lol
I don’t have zelle so I can’t report them. Someone else here can.
Edit - someone more experienced than me reminded me that these can be innocent victims turned into money mules… I’ll have to do the work myself
