Almost got scammed on fb marketplace.
I wanted to buy a ps4 pro for cheap to resell for a massive profit,
Saw a guy, messaged him, sent him the money (not with friends and family of course since that isn’t protected)
Then he said that it was taking long to go through, even though it obviously did go through.
The name on fb marketplace and paypal were different. He eventually wanted me to send the money through paypal family and friends or cash app… MASSIVE red flag (no protection)
I ended up cancelling the transaction with him and he sent me a refund (not a bogus email)
More scammers on there than I thought.
Another red flag, he made the account this year.
