Providence Digital Marketing, TCPA-violating Medicare SCAMMERS DBA "Pro Health Advisors"

Scam Number: Spoofed
Call Center Location: Pakistan :pakistan:
Calls as: “Pro Health Pioneers”
Technician: “Jason”
Falsely Claims: I qualify for additional Medicare benefits.
American Broker: Michelle Manilla from Providence Senior Care

These scammers made an illegal robocall to my cell phone, which is on the do-not-call registry, under the guise of “Pro Health Pioneers.” When I answered, I was greeted with an American-sounding AI agent similar to the ones recorded below:

“Hi. I’m Alisa, calling you from Pro Health Pioneers, can you hear me okay? I’m reaching out to help you maximize your Medicare coverage, as this is the annual enrollment period for 2025. I want to ensure you’re up to date with the new plans and that you can qualify for increased grocery coverage, a flex card and increased cashback up to $200. I believe you have an active Medicare card, A and B, right?”

“Hello. Hey, this is Aria from Pro Health Pioneers, can you hear me? I’m calling because the updated plans for Medicare have just been released, which may give you some better access to things like dental, vision, hearing and over-the-counter benefits. Now, these benefits aren’t automatically given, so we are calling to make sure that you actually are given everything which you may be entitled to. There is also an additional benefit which you may qualify for. You can even get up to $148/month, that is cashback to your Social Security, depending on your income. Now, I do believe you have Medicare part A and B, correct? This is all of the information that I need for my side to check your eligibility, and it does look like you qualify. I am going to get a licensed agent to get you some more details, just give me a second.”

The agent I was transferred to was “Jason,” who asked for some personal information before transferring my call to his American broker whilst asking for consent that I continue to receive calls from them despite being on the do-not-call registry (something they CANNOT legally enforce). The broker my call was transferred to was Michelle Manilla from “Providence Senior Care,” who according to users on Facebook would’ve brokered my Medicare number, have it switched and charge me an “administrative charge.”

Through my traceback efforts, I was able to identify “Providence Senior Care” as a subsidiary of Providence Health, which is in itself one of many divisions of the “Providence Group,” alongside Providence Digital Marketing and Providence Tax. The group is listed as operating out of the Cypress Commons at 1500 NW 62nd Street, Suite 206, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309 under the leadership of Sean Dougherty (pictured below)

The company also appears to have ties to the Mutual of Omaha, which has known ties to Medicare scam organizations Everything Medicare, LLC and Symmetry Financial

Just got a spoofed call, with an automated response from “Ava from Health Privileges” The Pakistani agent I spoke to identified as “Kevin from Top Notch Deals,” who was too deaf to transfer me to his fucking American broker.
