I called the original number and got “Thank you for calling physical therapy and sports medicines center in Gilbert. We are sorry we missed your call. Please leave your name, number, and a brief message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you and have a great day.” so I left a voicemail to tell the physical therapy center that their number is on the scam website, although there’s a chance this center is somehow related - quote from @MKHNT :

As for the name Prostream Technologies, that’s what came up on my invoice from “Amazon”:
This guy claims he worked at a company called Prostream Technologies from January 2001 through June 2012.
