Additional information about this scam:
They work through Viber and WhatsApp, make fake western union contracts together with fake valid lottery tickets (they use same QR code for every ticket which they edit in photoshop and when scaned via QR code application, it will say that they are winning but actually they are not) which they send to victims and than asking from victim to pay for authorization fees to look like they are real and post lottery tickets on instagram accounts:

Just to know, persons behind this scam are from Bosnia and Serbia mostly so I would advise you if you are going to scambait them, use google translate so you can speak with their language
