Additional information about this scam: Advertised on Google Search with the usual misleading impersonation methods. Ad buyer is “The Vision Capture” of India: https://adstransparency.google.com/advertiser/AR10194259891015647233?origin=ata®ion=US
The Technician I reached was very suspicious and unhelpful from the get-go. He demanded my first and last name, but wouldn’t give me his name or verify his favorite color. He blocked my number and provided no support whatsoever. Zero stars.
There are other “print” related domains on the same IP address that all have a sort of cookie-cutter tech marketing company placeholder-looking website. These may or may not be related.

Also on the same IP address (again, not necessarily related) is an “antivirus support” page that tries hard to look like Norton: https://www.helpforantivirus.com/
