They realized my voice sounded too young and called me out, they spammed called me after they found out. I blocked the number though. They connected to the VM and they only checked the systeminfo32 but they did talk about a charge, a pretty large one for a computer issue. I assume it’s fake because of the website and how its not the official Epson support number.
Update: They sent me 3 voicemails, don’t worry am using TalkAPhone and I had a VPN on when they connected to the VM.
