All three sites refer to https://mitecus.com , which seems to be a long-running operation that does various “setup” and “activation” tech support scams:
Their web chat person got suspicious of me and I don’t think they will call me back, but perhaps others would have better luck baiting them.
Calling the number listed on mitecus.com gets various “technicians” who answer as “thank you for calling support” and say “we are the independent third party support for HP printer.”
