Additional information about this scam: Will ask for money for verification and personal information. Starts with asking for gift cards. I wasn’t the caller or involved in the conversation but they managed to scam $200 in an apple gift card and then tried to get $200 more which got the person to end the call and realize it was a scam. They got the victims information and the money. The second number is a number that repeatedly called after the initial outgoing call to the fake support number. I assume that it is the scammers calling back to try and make more money.
