The number on this app is 1-800-230-7723. Does anyone know who these guys actually are?
At first, I thought they said Premium Technical Support, but after having them repeat it more than once, it was Premium Techie Support.
Call center is based in India. This software was obtained by a typo-squatted domain, telling me that my machine was infected, even though it is not.
Destroyed em! Not accepting any more calls. If they do, say: “Hey! u know Tremaine, Tremaine Smith?” And they will probably be pissed cause I just scam baited em for an hour.
They are THE infamous Premium Techie Support based out of Sohna Road, Gurgaon, Near New Delhi airport. I just talked to scammer Mukesh (been observing him for 2 years)

EDIT: After calling to ask why my newer drivers are showing they need to be updated with older drivers, the tech rep got mad and said "we will check it out as to why, good bye". They know they are operating a scam. They know the software is meant to deceive people into buying their program, too. Such Bull.

they were active this morning 730 am but dial party on laptop and cell phone, they are not answering now, maybe bobrtc is acting up. not sure.
