Possible tax scam? (With number)

I want to know if this one’s a scam, their website is fresh-tax-help.com and their telephone is 844-558-7711. I am not sure how to tell if it’s legit, but as their email to me showed up in “spam”, I’d guess that something phishy is in the air. Line’s dead. Tried a few times.

An 844 area code isn’t for one geographic area (similar to 800) so I figure the vast majority of the time, if it sounds skeezy and has that area code, it’s a scam. Also, if the website is littered with stock photos and poor English, that doesnt help the case.

They are live I think. The number had automated bot saying “specialist not available”
