A few years ago I had a problem with my laptop crashing to blue screen. After attempting tech support from lenovo, who failed at repairing the problem, I did a search for blue screen repair.
The tech service I used cost me about $100 and they spent an hour working on the problem.
At the time, I did not know it was scammers. They used the same procedure as I have seen in youtube scambaiters.
This is why I did this search.
I’m still learning how to do this, so I do not know check if the website is legitimate.

Scam Description
I went to Restoro for their services to help with my computer when I had problems. They told me I had a Trojan that needed removed so they took over my mouse and did a clean up of my computer and said they removed the Trojan Then they deleted unnecessary files, etc that were on my computer and told me that I could use their program whenever I wanted to clean up my computer again and that if I had a problem again with a Trojan or virus that I would be assigned a computer tech that would help me. Later on I decided that I didn’t want this service. I sent 3 or 4 emails to their site that said I could undo the program and get a refund. They would not reply in any way.
