Additional information about this scam: I am almost certain this is an email scam the email looks to come from a German University domain but fake as the real domain for the University is slightly different. However despite the german looking email domain he speaks English and introduces himself as Lei Wang from Hong Kong. Says he needs help with a ‘buisness project’. Possibly a money mule attempt but I havent investigated further as to this date.

What’s the reply-to: as it’s most likely a spoofed email.
I don’t think it’s a money mule scam. Just some sort of fake business investment scam or something.
