So I was browsing Youtube shorts and I came across this channel:

It says it’s Oyo support, which seems to be a hotel business.

Googling the number, (629) 098-4260 gives more:

These three seem to be online stores.

I don’t know if this is legit or not, I can’t seem to call the number on Textnow either since it’s “not supported”

What do you guys think?

That is because I believe TextNow is only within the North American Numbering Plan and there are no phone numbers that begin with a “1” or a “0” in the area code or the prefix exchange. Might try it with the India Country Code +91 or through Whatsapp.
Seems to be a scammer, but nothing conclusive. I found these as well:
