I had a terrible experience with this company Aug 21 2020. They are so canny and unprofessional. Once you pay them a deposit you are sucked in.I paid the deposit for my family ticket to Dubai on a Friday and paid the balance the very next day at about 12noon. I was told they would issue my ticket immediately. I kept calling till 4pm on Saturday and they kept saying my ticket was in a queue. Finally they called at 4pm to say they are not able to issue and to wait till Monday morning. Monday morning they called me to say my fare had increased and if I want my ticket I should pay an extra £450. They were so rude about it and said if I do not pay my ticket will not be issued and that they will not refund me because its in their terms and condition which they’ve forwarded to me. I was so frustrated,angry and worried of losing my money £1865. I drove down to the address on their website in Slough ( 2hrs drive from me)in order to have a face to face conversation with someone only to found out that it was a residential address. I knocked several times nobody opened up. There were cameras outside and you could sense someone was glaring at you. I called their number was told they do not have a physical office and also they do not have physical contact with their customers. They only have online presence. We had heated argument on the phone and I told them I would not pay an extra penny on top of the £1865 that I had paid and asked for my refund back. At the time ticket was being sold for £1691 directly from the airline. They said it would take 4-8 weeks before I get my money back. I told them I was going to report them to the Police which I did. On my drive back home they called to offer me another date from what I asked for and I accepted it out of frustration. I eventually got my ticket later in the evening. My advise to anyone is to avoid this company and save yourself the hassles and frustration that comes with dealing with them. I eventually found out that they do not issue airline ticket themselves, they have to go through another agency. They are terrible without business etiquette and regard for the Customer. I regret ever purchasing my ticket from them. (i coppied and paste it just in case that link dont work)
