Whoever, or whatever company you encountered that supposedly provided this ‘game’ you speak of, seems to either provide customer support for their ‘product’ through “ContactCenter” (their main website: https://www.customercarepage.com). Or, whatever link you clicked on redirected you to some other sites, and eventually made you land on this ContactCenter page. I called them myself and asked them what exactly they do, and who exactly they provide support for. They provide support for multiple other companies/websites, seemingly for help with billing and other generic tasks. The actual call center seems to be located in the Philippines (assumed because on the agents accent), and is resource that these other companies can use to take care of general customer support needs. In short, they are someone you can outsource your call center/customer support needs to and aren’t directly involved in any ‘scamming’ themselves.
