Transient Phone Numbers are usually hard to recreate. The same user at different times from the same computer may not get the same previous Phone Number. Neither different users at different times in different time zones:

Technical difficulties of recent days seem to have been resolved. Instead of privately sending WYSIWYG Popups posting now resumes here as they’re being found.
Would be nice, but seems impractical to exclude duplication of URLs / Phone Numbers.
They seem to recycle the same phone numbers, aren't they environmentally conscious?
Currency of a Popup / Screen-grab / Video-Frame-Pause seems more practical.
If they are reported as soon as capturing, it's a better indicator of recent activity, of course disregarding repetitions.
