When they answer they say they are the legal department of Microsoft. I challenge them and say I am not a lawyer, I am not trying to sue Microsoft. I tell them I want the technical department. They get so frustrated with me that they block my number.
So far I have two call back numbers
854-777-6993 - They answer this number sometime.
