850-800-8439 picks up. He asks my first and last name then tells me I have wrong number. When I question him more he begins to tell me I am a scammer too and I do bad things to people… Weird dude harass him

Nope. He’s just trying his best impression of an American accent. A lot of centres are starting to hire people with an American accent. Especially as closers. If you speak to him more, you’ll find a bunch of mistakes in his English.
