My mother was watching a movie online (some sketchy site) and her computer got locked. Being an almost elderly woman and not knowing much about scams, she called the number on the screen and ended up paying 500$. I really need help to get these people back. If you guys could PLEASE call this number 1800-391-7918, dial 1 for customer support and ask him questions about the company. They wont give you any information because they are a fake company in India but it would be awesome if we could waste some of their time.
Ha i called them gizmo66, i also got on there live chat and talked to a someone called Cynthia and she said they were a legit company but oh then i called and got a Indian person go figure and then i they tried to remote into my VM and they ran the same usual scam tactics and then at the end i called them out and instant hang up haha. I love my job and i love just messing with them because these scammers think they know it all when sorry i have a bs and a master degree in the IT field lol.
