same number and website to lots of other scams - wish i’d seen it before losing money - their product doesn’t work and they don’t honor the refund stated. Number 888-560-3773, and website behind the scenes is https://www.platinum-support.com/, which is already listed on your site as a scam. This info was not available on the order form so i had no idea until i lost money. Have reported them to the BBB but don’t know how helpful that will be.
