If i may ask? What kind of number is this? Like Tech Support or something? I’m new to this whole thing and is this an American number?

@AidanTheEmoPanBoi#122139 Looks like a South African number. Ping calls are usually from a premium number (if you call it back you may be charged lots of money) and they hope you return the call. as the scammer will earn money if you call them. I would NOT call the number.

How do ping numbers get handled by TextNow or google voice? I presume they just won’t connect?
