"Free Msg: BofA A temporary restriction has been placed on your ATM card. Please call 1-877-262-5174 to verify your account."
Call 877-262-5174 and you will be prompted to enter all of your personal details, ATM card number, address, SSN etc in order to "verify" your BofA account. I entered all jibberish of course and left them a rather unpleasant voice message when prompted to say my name. After you go through the prompts it will say that your card is now verified and ready for use.
