So this person hacked a website for a rental property - lowered the price by half to get a lot of people interested and changed the contact form to go to them.
He texted me asking if I wanted to submit a rental application and wanted my email. There were fees etc to “apply” as well. I ended up calling someone that was the real property agent and they are just trying to steal information and take peoples money.
