This URL came in via obfuscated JavaScript as a fake WhatsApp voicemail.
The URL is hxxp://proactivity.su and the number is 1-317-759-7323.
While I normally dont post these types of scams, I have this time because of the attack vector.
It is Pharmacy scam with domain “SU” {Soviet Union}. Since Soviet Union does not exist any more this is used by criminals.

Ive just checked in other domain. hxxp://www.proactivity.ru/ is a digital company hub for Russian and isnt a spam criminal gang. URL hxxp://proactivity.su with the number is 1-317-759-7323 for sure a spam criminal act company
